It is a challenge of any manager to track automation in the real context of automation. There are many ways to approach the whole tracking process. This paper proposes one such solution without discussing estimation and identifying the right automation tool. Instead it is targeted for managers, directors, process managers, and organizations wishing to better track their automation processes.
