Summary:

We often come across situations wherein software release package is delivered to the testing team toward the end of emergency-fix/release schedules. Project stakeholders anticipate the high-quality software to ship without a breach in project schedule. The testing approach outlined here provides a practical way of bringing such situations under control and keeping software on schedule without compromising quality.
