that is a remarkably broad question. There are many many challenges - what did you have in mind to discuss? Many CMers would say that choosing the right tools and establishing are the right processes is a common challenge. My view is that the existance of silos that keep smart people from collaborating and communicating effectively are the biggest challenge that I often see.
